Seven-day money-back guarantee
The seller provides a full refund of the purchase price when a request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. Refunds are returned through the original payment method by Gumroad.
How to request
Use the support contact on the Gumroad receipt before the 7-day window ends and include the order email and purchase identifier. Do not send card or bank details.
File access
When a refund is issued, the personal license to use the product ends. Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting support about an ordinary refund request.
Local rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights that apply under the purchaser's local law.
